1.Precise temperature control, meeting diverse experimental needs

Equipped with industry-leading Xiamen Yudian temperature controller, it supports 50-segment programmable temperature control programs to accurately match sintering and annealing processes of various materials. Adopting Type B thermocouple for real-time temperature detection, the constant temperature fluctuation is only ±1℃. The heating rate can be flexibly adjusted according to temperature ranges, ensuring stable and reliable experimental data.

2.Sliding rail design, easy and efficient operation

Equipped with a sliding mechanism featuring a 450mm stroke and adjustable speed from 1 to 3mm/s, it enables rapid furnace body movement. It easily completes experimental operations such as rapid heating and cooling as well as quenching of samples, greatly boosting experimental efficiency and eliminating cumbersome operations of traditional tube furnaces.

3.Excellent high-temperature stability and superior durability

The furnace tube is made of high-purity corundum tube, featuring high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for various atmospheric environments.

High-quality molybdenum disilicide heating elements are adopted, capable of withstanding short-term high temperature up to 1700℃, with long-term working temperature ranging from 800℃ to 1650℃, fully meeting high-temperature experiment requirements.

The furnace body adopts high-purity polycrystalline mullite fiber as the main thermal insulation material, which delivers outstanding heat insulation performance. It reduces energy consumption while keeping the surface temperature of the furnace body safe.

It adopts an integrated thermostat-type overtemperature protection system, which triggers automatic alarm and power cut-off output when overheating occurs, effectively avoiding experimental risks and ensuring the safety of equipment and operators.
